Select two bodies, then under total mass, you'll see a checkbox that says: Auto System.
Just select it, and wallah!

Follow this and see if it works.
Place an object.
Place another object next to the first
Pause the game to make sure the objects do not combine into each other.
Press Control-A to select both bodies
A panel should have appeared in the right of your screen
On the right of the panel should be a scroll bar.
Scroll down the panel to the bottom
Look for an unchecked checkbox labeled Auto System
Check the checkbox
Zoom out; you should see the autosystem, which is basically a bunch of objects in orbit.
