Something I have recently discovered

You can actually change the photo's of galaxies in universe sandbox, like the Triangulum galaxy look like the Milky Way!

here is how you do it:
1. Go to the folder and click on media.
2. Now select a galaxy.
3. Right click it and then click rename.
4. Name it to the galaxy you want, like:

Galaxy-MilkyWay
Galaxy-Andromeda

He change the appearance and made it into Andromeda like.

Although, you can use planets/moon(some) too. and Everyone has expirernce this.

In the install folder for Universe Sandbox find the media folder.
(typically c:\Program Files\Universe Sandbox\Media\)

Find one of the Galaxy-xxxxx.jpg files.

These file names are hard coded so you can't change the names (to something that isn't already there), but you can replace them.

Try replacing the images with a different square image, but keep the file name the same.

Note:
Any files you may change or replace in the install folder may be overwritten when the new version is released.
