As Darvince pointed out, the late rushes are badly placed. They should be put one territory further back, which can be done in the slave and capitalism phases without problems. Socialism rushes are a bit different and should be ok.
Feudalism is a problem though because of the design at the end. This is just an idea on how to deal with it.
Blue x - current rush zone
Red x - planned rush zone
Red lines - connections that should be removed
Orange lines - connections that should be added
This makes it easier to get to the neighbor at the side though, which is a problem. The white zone Fe X10 becomes useless, because you can take the bonus equally fast by moving along the road. It could alternatively be made a part of the bonus Fe X4.
