Working on how Ethanthova works:
Housing: The government works to make sure everyone has their own space to live in some way or another, be it apartments of houses. With access to the TV network, the internet maintained by the public ISP with a strict 'hands off' policy on the data that goes through it.
Education: free to access but is a commitment and flunking out just makes you look bad and wastes the teacher's time (Similar with the military but stronger regulations).
Food: available freely, with a maximum limit, and what is available depends on the current economic climate ('luxury' items at the time in question may be priced).
These are your basics to live and have fun. It's up to the individual if they decide to work or get schooling, getting income allows them to add onto their basics when they get paid. I'll need to sort something out about taxing for these additional modules, but I'm too tired to right now.
