Follow dis tutorial i found on de interwebs



And then you have to copy the photo into a new photo, then you delete one half of it (Ctrl-X), then you rotate it 180 degrees. create a new layer in the first photo, copy the second photo and paste it into the second layer on the first photo, go to Save as... and choose .png and name it whatever.

Shouldn't you have it as the 2:1 rectangle in the first place so that it isn't mirrored?

Ooops, i assume you did do that because that's what i did. even though, the edges don't line up right.
