I know how to make a link, I'm just saying that it won't create a factory and my unemployment rate is at 7% so please make factories by clicking the link.

Nonono. Isn't it just because only one click counts per day? So if you click population, it won't grow industry if you click that the same day but after.

I'll try to remember to click your industry tomorrow.
