A proposed supertall skyscraper estimated to be taller than the topped-out Burj Dubai. at 4000 metres. and 800 floors.

The second I saw this picture it made me think it would be visible from space and could possibly serve as a colony.



And I also thought it reasonable to cover it in solar panels.
