Experiment

1. Go find a tub, clear is better.
2. Put some water in it.
3. Aquire food coloring
4. Acquire warm light.
5. Put warm light over part of the water basin.
6. Put ice cubes in the other part
7. Put blue (or equivalent) on the ice.
8. Put red (or equivalent) in the warmer water.

Yee.

If you place the cold and warm around 3 inches apart, I got an occluded front. the cold picked the warm off the bottom surface. I wanted to make a cyclone. How do you replicate a coriolis effect?

Also advection is present. That's why the colors move with the parcels of water. ;)
