Shepherd Moons creating a ring system

I added some random moons around a planet inside a ring system. They quickly herded dust particles into rings.I was surprised this occurred. There must be a point where herding switches to eating.

Lol, I had to move Bowling Ball and friends over 3 M km from Pallas so that the pool ball and die would orbit the bowling ball.
