What is the purpose of this number picker?
The purpose of this number picker is to see what whole numbers below 100, are the most popular.

Why are there 100 numbers?
The reason that there are 100 different numbers, (from 0-99) is because there is a very wide range of numbers, and you need to have a large sample to see what people really like.

Well, to answer that, even though it isn't even a question, is that a number picker is not spam under what I know to be the definition of spam.

If this is supposed to be a sample of the general public, then it fails.
Yes, it does fail at being a sample of the general public, however, you can select up to 99 options. What this means is that you can ask 10 people what their favorite number below 99 is, and you can get up to about 80 people's opinion, which is better than eight.

Naru, just because 495 isn't on there, doesn't mean that it is invalid. I mean there are infinite numbers, so not everyone can select every number that they like.

Okay. I like all numbers and colors, because all numbers and colors are equal (despite having different values or color values, respectively), but I like certain numbers more than other numbers, but there are few of those numbers that I like more than other numbers.
