I don't think the rest of your military really matters a lot if you have thousands of nuclear weapons. Russia has the biggest amount of nuclear weapons in the world, but I think both Russia and USA are decreasing their numbers. China is getting more nuclear weapons.
Anyways, I don't think China would help North Korea, especially not if North Korea started the war (even though I don't think NK would be as insane as to start a war against NATO without securing that they get support from China).
And while USA and Russia probably don't like each other a lot, I still don't think Russia has any interest in supporting North Korea at all.
I don't think it would be clever of China to start a worldwide war with the level of growth it has.
Very true (by the way, I refer my country as Thailand/Laos, but you get the point). I don't think the countries that has nuclear weapons wouldn't be using them because the United Nations Nuclear Treaty (is that what its called?).
North Korea and China haven't been getting along lately, probably because of the border disputes and such. I'm going to think that North Korea and South Korea
might avoid this war, as in 2000, both of the countries says they will be re-united in the future.
For the United States and Russia, they are getting along for now I think.
