No... you do not have to live in another country to be a Global Moderator. It just means that a Global Moderator has more power than an average moderator. APOD man lives in Brazil, he is not a Global Moderator.

Dan can probably just trust Bla, making him the first mod. I don't know why he didn't make him just a mod.

(note this is not my real words... I had to restate it because avaiary took control so when I got back on this screen it unfocused and i hit backspace and I had to retype the post... so something may sound odd that I didn't mean to put in there that was unlike the original. Don't you hate when that happens?)

He is living my dream, huh....when i wanted too be one, i couldn't but Bla is the most mature of us all. so asking Dan....was out of the question

Yes, Bla is now a moderator.

A global moderator means that he can remove or edit messages on each of the 7 boards that make up the forum (instead of just specific boards). It doesn't have any meaning beyond that.

From experience, there's not a whole lot of moderation necessary on this board, so it's basically to help remove actual spam when it occasionally appears.

Bla didn't ask to be a moderator, it was something I did without asking him and was based on his helpfulness in pointing out problems in the past.

You guys shouldn't feel like this selection was against any of you. I'm glad all of you are a part of this community and I didn't mean for anyone to feel slighted because of my action.
