Send outpost ship to the other galaxy and colonize a planet there.
Then disband your old bases when you don't need them anymore.

I almost did that to become one with Nue's guild on Delta to avoid restarting, but then I decided it would be better to restart. Also that got me ten bases instead of seven or eight whatever amount it was!
