Note that the graph says in one month, not in one shot. I've sent my fleet to fly between 2 of my bases and the trip takes a month or so, and I'm very apathetic about the game because nothing really happens and development just becomes slower and slower because of the logarithmic growth. So I forgot about the fleet for some days and someone attacked it.
