So I can see the effect of stellar evolution on only our sun. I can't find a way to be able to see it on any other stars. I do everything the same just on other stars nothing ever happens and I'm left confused. Any ideas on how to get the effects of stellar evolution on other stars?

Place down a random star and set its age to 0. Then, turn on the button "Radius From Composition." Set time warp to a few million or billion years per second, and it should work. Be aware that stellar evolution is currently not very realistic.
