This issue can be easily resolved by following the following steps:

1. Identify the "Profile" text in the header
2. Click the "Profile" button
3. Identify the "Modify Profile" button
4. Hover your mouse over the "Modify Profile" button
5. Identify "Forum Profile" button
6. Click "Forum Profile" button
7. Identify the "Personalized Picture" text
8. Select the option you want
9. Follow the instructions
10. Once you are done, identify the "Change profile" text
11. Click the "Change Profile" button
12. Check to see a green message saying "Your profile has been updated successfully."
13. If so, Your profile has been updated successfully.
14. That's it!
