Orbital Parent

I have a large system of a star orbiting a small black hole which is in turn orbiting a large black hole. The star very clearly orbits the small black hole, but the Orbital Parent shows the large black hole and this makes it almost impossible to change the orbital parameters. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Check the orbits. Is it realy orbiting the small black hole? If it is, talk to Dan or other Devs.
