The turns have a different system. The turns are that you can make your turn as soon as the last person goes, and you have three days to do it.

About turns: During a round, players can take turns in any order. The game will wait three days from the last player who took its turn for any players who have not taken their turn. Then, if they take their turn, or if the three days pass, the next round starts.

Also, I have decided to change the rules on tech: The tech you get is rounded off to the nearest number instead of the number above.
I'll change my tech rate to 13%. Everyone can change their tech rates until round 2 starts because of this.

lol yeah, no one would be able to do anything with that rounding up. they'd spend 100% of the income on tech even if you set it to 5% kolkolkol

No, you always get 5 resources, so with a production of 1, they can still spend 5 and claim another zone.

But I thought this would be better and force you to think a bit more in the start, if you want to build level 2 cities early, for example.

also it might be possible to completely exile someone by nuking every territory within 4 regions of them, stranding them with 1 region and have at least level 6 cities all around them kolkolkol.

How does tech work? I read the guide,and the formula, but where does the % sign come in? If you chose 15%, then 15% of what?

Your income.

Now your total income is 6, so you take 15% of 6 (0.9), so you round 0.9 to 1, and thus you spend 1 on tech, and have 5 left to spend on other things.

Also, I decrease my tech rate to 8%.

In your calculator, would I type in the percent ,or (for me) 1?
In other words, does it do the multiplying?

I have some more updates to the calc which I will upload soon. The current one doesn't work properly.

Also, I will change sea bases to give +1 production, because the calc will either have to be expanded a LOT otherwise, or it won't be possible to build extractors on them.

Why is everyone joining Bla's side when the only thing there's more of on his side is communism? I mean seriously, this is like when Europe was colonizing Africa. There's nothing there of any value, yet there was almost a world war over it.

1: Communism is very valuable!
2: So was Africa to Europe. First of all, there were lots of mineral deposits, like gold. Secondly and most importantly to why Europe wanted control of the continent, there were people which Europeans exploited as slaves. They were sent to North America in the triangular trade, where they were forced to work in cotton fields etc., and those products were then sent back to Europe. That's also why there are many black people who live in North America today.

That's because the liferating were low for the Europeans and they would've died in the heat. So, after new technology developed, they were able to colonize during the late 1800s and early 1900s.
