so whats the turn order? the order people joined the game?
and in the rules where is says victory conditions, i think it says 8.000 technology points and 3.000 resources, is that 8,000 and 3,000? or 8 and 3? Just making sure

Also, can be in 2 alliances? or trade between 2 different alliances?

Yes, it's 8000 and 3000, that's how Europeans write it.

Er, you can be in two alliances a I guess, but you have to make a choice if those two alliances war with eachother. You can trade between two different alliances.

Should we reduce the number of bombardings artillery bases may make down to 1? or 1 and 2 maybe?
I think we risk a similar situation to last game if we continue with 5, especially with the number of artillery bases on this map.
Should they be allowed to bombard each other? Maybe make it so that if they bombard another artillery base, they're destroyed themself as a form of "counter-artillery"? Hmm........................

Yes. That is more balanced. That way the lategame isn't automatically won by whoever owns the most artillery bases.
