Sorry Naru523, but you can't build a hamlet on a zone the same turn you claim it. Not even if you had a hamlet factory which could mass produce them really fast.

You're right that you may spend 102 resources though.

And Naru523, please just redo your own turn. :)
It makes it a lot easier, and please post it in a new message so I get a notification/can see on the board that you made a new map.

First of all, I'm pretty sure you spent even more resources this time. Is that correct?
Secondly, you can only develop one level of a city each turn. Can you redo your turn again?

I spend 110 resources and lend a sea base to Deoxy99 so he can join the war.
