I know that, it's just a standard message.

But I made it shorter now so I don't have to use personal pronouns. I personally don't like using personal pronouns when refering to other people, as I think he/she is completely useless. There should only be an 'it', in my opinion. I think it's impressive that the most important thing that should make our references to each other different was our genders, why not hair colors? He = red hair, she = black hair, etc... What a waste of words, and how stupid towards those who don't identify with their gender.

And Darvince is right, Naru523 may spend 5 + 3 + 5 + 9 / 5 = 14,8 = 15 resources.

Zones can't be moved.
About the oil... I'm not sure...
But you can't develop cities the same turn you claim them, so sorry, but you can't build your hamlet.
You can build one on your other zone, though. But wait, you've also overspent by one resource. Can you redo your turn?

First of all, you overspent by 1 resource. I can't change the rules to make it allowed to spend more resources than you have. And I don't think it's realistic that you can develop a city the same turn you take it. I think the game will be better with slower, more gradual and realistic growth.

Well, this game will have many more turns anyway because of the larger map size.

The map size (208 zones) isn't much larger than game 2 (191 zones vs game 1's 117 zones), but the cities will make it take much longer to fully develop.

Many of them probably are. But the fact that there are multiple continents instead of a pangea also means a bigger part of the map is sea, and those zones are bigger.
