Here's my map, now Naru523 can spend 73 reshaurzes.

A new idea:
I'm considering implementing a diplomatic victory as an option, if it's a good idea it will first be available in the next game though. The idea is:
When a game ends, everyone get victory points from every zone they own. In a victory where someone conquers the planet, the player gets all the victory points from all the zones, but in a diplomatic victory, all the players agree to divide the victory points from the zones among them. In the first post, there will be a list of how many victory point each player has accumulated from every game.

Hmm, an occupation. I haven't described that in the rules... Hmm. I think it would destroy the purpose of a military base if you could occupy the territory surrounding it and wait conquering itself; it may be able to take the surrounding zone back, but it makes you unable to use defensive bases as defense.

Hmm, we could make a system which allows you to buy zones, but everyone playing will have to vote in favor of it if we should enable it in this game.

I propose:
You can buy a zone from another player for an amount of resources double of what it has costed to develop the zone.

Is that ok, everyone?
