If the triangle was made with aromantic, homo- /heteroromantic it would work, but making it a rectangle with gender/disgender on one side won't really work. It implies that someone who's near the homoromantic side is closer to being "gender disregarder" than someone who's on the heteroromantic side, that's not necessarily true. It also implies someone on the heteroromantic side or gender disregarder side is closer to being aromantic than someone on the homoromantic side, that's not necessarily true either. So putting yourself in the chart will make implications that aren't valid.

I'd suggest taking inspiration from Darvince's triangle chart. I'm not sure what you mean by gender disregarder but if you mean biromantic it would make sense to place between homo and hetero, polyromantic or anything else one could argue would require a third axis, but it's a 2D chart and that limits the information you can make it convey.

In that case I'd be located probably here

By "Gender Disregarder" I mean someone who believes that romantic love exists on a different plane than the physical world and therefore disregards the physical aspects of their partner(s), i.e. gender.

I wouldn't put Gender Disregarder and Poly/Biromantic on the same axis, since Gender Disregarders are not attracted to the gender.

Ok, but then I think you'll need a different kind of chart - if gender disregarder is something different from the gender dependant scale from homo- to hetero, you'd need a third axis on a chart like that.

A radar chart could be an option

Would this not be pretty much identical to the sexuality chart?

Well, you can have aromantic asexuals just as well as aromantic homosexuals, so no.

Although that would make for some odd relationships
