Where we can actually CREATE any Elements we need, whilst getting Free Power at the same time.
We just have to keep Building.

Energy - from Hydrogen Fusion Powerplants - Hydrogen is the most common Element in the Universe.
And you do not need much to generate a LOT of Energy. The "waste product" is Helium.
Helium is Fused in Stellar Converters - which use an immensely powerful Elecromagnetic "pinch field" to produce a small area where Temperaures and Pressures are as high as those found in the Cores of Stars.
Helium is forced in - and a range of Elements can be progressively Fused, by successive "Stellar Pinch Fields" up to Iron.
These can produce Carbon, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Neon, Magnesium, Silicon, Sulphur, Argon, Calcium, Titanium, Chromium, Iron. If conditions are carefully controlled - any of these can be produced.
At each stage - more Energy is actually produced than is required to operate the Stellar Converters.
Agreed - this are truly Big Installations - but the "Pinch Field" can be from 50mm up to 2 Metres in Diameter. Installations will be in proportion to the size of the "Pinch Field",
Not quite ANY Elements - I agree - but they can be produced when required, and we DO get more "Free" Energy.
The next task will be to develop Controlled Collision Installations, for Neutron or Proton Collision ( as happens in Star Cores ) - to produce some of the intermediate Elements.
Also "Spallation" Installations to produce the remaining Elements by high energy Spallation ( as happens in Stars or in Space ) - such as Lithium, Barium and Boron.
