A graphic bug in earth's atmosphere [Bug in 8.1/3]

This is Alpha 8.1/3. Active as of 8/24/2014 Alpha 9.1

(Not for peoples with low vision that can't see dots)
I see blue dots on atmosphere by a anti-aliasing. I turn it off then the dots are gone.

Graphics/Video Card: Intel Pentium

I think everyone has this, this is why my AA is turned off. And also, this bug append to every planet with atmosphere.
