Yes I too would buy it, in fact there was a little disappointed in the official release, while that of 2005-6 was much nicer.
Then with the Dark Spore total decline....
Checking forum Spore, however, I discovered that in September the EA should release The Sims 4 and after that start to develop a sequel to Spore.

But we get more updates on US2 every day. Spore 2, on the other hand, there seems to be no information on besides from that 'trailer'. If the trailer was true they would probably have posted some classic hyping propaganda to get people excited about the game over the past years.
