It sounds more wide, even though pretty much anything could also be put into off-topic. But now anything can certainly be put into everything.

It's always good to get a feeling of people's opinions, like in a poll, but while the discussion is indeed interesting and exciting, I just don't think we're getting so far without arguments. :P

I changed it because I think that "Everything Else" sounds more inclusive and less 'wrong' than "Off Topic".

Because "off" could be inferred to mean wrong or bad.

I don't understand how "Everything Else" is exclusive.
