wait I knew the IPA almost two years ago what

anyway I finally made the phoneme inventory today, aquí es:

b t d ʈ ɖ k ɡ ʔ <b t d rt/tr rd/dr k g p>
tʰ dʱ kʰ gʱ <t' d' k' g'>
n ɲ ŋ <n ñ ŋ>
ɺʷ r ʁ~ʀ l <r rr ř l>
z ʐ x χ h <z rz/zr x χ/x̱ h>
ɬ <Å¡>
j ɰ <j ɰ>
ts ʈʂ <c rc/cr>
! <q>

i ɯ e̞ ə ɤ̞ æ ɑ <i u e ë o à a> These distinguish length as well, the long versions are <ī ū ē ê ō â ā>

Diachronic Stuff
The retroflexes (ʈ ɖ ʈʂ ʐ) comes from alveolars combining with /r/, meaning that they only occur intervocalically (that is, between vowels). The Darvincian lone click /!/ and Soleani /|/ both have an origin in *kt, which could only occur in the onset of the syllable. All the labials also merged into /b/. Like Soleani, the aspirated stops can only occur at the end of a word. And ɲ is rather rare. /h/ corresponds with Soleani /ʔʰ/

sb st sd sk sg are now allowed due to blaist borrowings
/s/ is long when another consonant follows it (not across word boundaries)

also s is now distinct from z because it is almost impossible to only have /z/ in my brain

tesla - car (borrowing from blaist)

also i am changing the back vowels to rounded when following a b (u and ɯ are actually distinct now because diachronic reasons, so they only show up as differentiated after plosives)
