Sorry, Google Docs doens't work. :/ But here is the manual. I think it's finished. I don't really see why it's a problem to download. It's 500 kB, and you downloaded the calc anyway?  I could integrate the calc inside it if it would help? I still need to update the calc. I think I'll upload it as a PDF, which you should be able to view in a browser. The city/extractor ones? City level: The level of the city ofc Production increase (this level alone): How much it increases your production to upgrade from for example level 5 to 6 (the value here is under level 6) or from 3 to 4 (under level 4). Total zone production: How much the entire zone produces. If you have 3 levels, it says what the zone produces under level 3. That would be the production of the empty zone plus the production of level 1, 2 and 3 alone. As for the map, kol. But the resolution was also increased. If there are too many zones, we will end up having to spend ages calculating everything. I don't think that is as fun. |

And btw, remember to tell your five-turn plan for tech! (spend 5% to 25% of resources on tech each turn)
I'll set my tech rate to 12% for the next five turns.
I'll update the rules to say 5% is default (if you don't say anything) from the beginning, and your last stated rate is default after your first turn..
