Click here to to view the current nations online.Click here to view the Map War 2 Manual online.National color chart It is recommended that you choose a national color from the table which is as different from the rest as possible. Remember to always keep the .png file format, and to keep the original resolution. The map (don't edit this, go to the last post):
 Number of zones/victory points available: Y
In this game, you may not delete or change the grey borders. You choose a zone you want to start in, and fill it with your chosen, unique national color. You may only own one nation (= one national color) at a time. Anyone may start a new nation at any time; claim a white zone or start a revolution against another player (see the section "Revolution" in the manual). A new game will start if a victory condition is triggered (see the section "Victory conditions"). Game LinksGame 1Game 2Game 3Game 4Game 5VideosVideos showing our previous games.

This game doesn't seem right, because once everyone has something- Hmmm... I shouldn't tell... I've never seen what happens if I don't... But, once everyone has something then you take a place, they take it back, and that keeps repeating... I think the only way it MIGHT work is if there was an alliance, and your other person didn't take yours... So yeah... But then you'd war them... Hmmm...

If we were two players starting from round one, yes. But since we're more, it's very unlikely. If I declare war on Deoxy99, Naru523 will get ahead of us, and then we might make peace to attack Naru523, and so on. In fact, this is the same game as Map War 1, except that in here it's just with large visible zones instead of single pixels. Sorry. Fixed. Okay, I'll take my turn now:

Very good, you're added to the list. Haha, you've all started on the eastern half of the continent, this will be violent among you. And I'll just sit back and relax while expanding.

Remember that when you claim land from an enemy, it "counts as" two normal (white) land claims. If you can claim three zones, you can for example only claim one blank if you take one from your enemy that turn. On the other side, taking one from your enemy could mean the difference between getting one or two land areas.
Also, if you have below 3 zones, you cannot claim from your enemy (2 / 5 + 1 = 1,4 < 2).

Read it again until it makes sense. Or ignore it. Then I'll just correct mistakes.

How can I claim 3? Don't you only claim one. That's what made no sense.

It was an example. It wasn't to you, it was just in general... Now that it looks like you're going to fight soon, while I continue to expande. Anyways, it's Deoxy99's turn now.

Let's say you have 20 zones. Then you would be able to take 20 / 5 + 1 = 5 zones in your turn. But when you take zones from an enemy instead of unclaimed ones, let's say it's double as hard, so it will "cost" you two "zone claims". In this case you will have the option of taking: 2 zones from your enemy and 1 unclaimed zone. 1 zone from your enemy and 3 unclaimed zones. 0 zones from your enemy and 5 unclaimed zones.

The formula in this game is:
a = b / 5 + 1
Depending on what you find least confusing, either
1) There are two formulae, the first for white zones and a second one for other nations' zones, which would be: a = (b / 5 + 1) / 2
2) In the formula, a doesn't count as the number of zones you have, but as something like "zone points". When you claim new zones, you count how many "zone points" you've spent, until you reach the value of a. White zones cost 1 "zone point", while other nations' zones cost 2 "zone points".
