the generation of copied parts has been updated to reflect the intention of the mechanic

instead of taking an average of the new part generation and the attempted skill, which resulted in both new and copied parts having the same chance of getting the skill you want or better, the new formula for copying increases the chance of getting the skill you want (or higher) by 10% (percentage points?) if you have a team testing of 15. this decreases to ~5% for a max team testing of 30. this should guarantee that copying parts is less risky and gets you closer to what you are aiming for, thus raising the floor, but with lowered risk also comes a lower ceiling, so copying parts is not as likely to produce new innovations (better parts than the original) than if you made a new part entirely.

the car builder calculator has been updated to reflect this. a bug was also fixed where the greater than or equal to probabilities were displaced 1 skill lower than they should have been.
