I cant get my serial code!

My mom bought Universe Sandbox 2 for me but we couldn't find the download link :(. Her email is mrsrpv@aol.com and I watched her pay for it in PayPal with that email. I tried going to FAQ and going to the link that resends the code. I typed my moms email then she checked her emails and it said that she never bought the game. I'm very mad that we had $24.99 wasted down the drain for no reason >:(. plz help!

Sorry for the delay in my response.

It looks like there was a typo in the email address entered during purchasing.

I changed it to the address you listed and re-sent the email with your key.
