Universe Sandbox 2.2 Release Candidate Now Available on Steam

This is not the major new version, this is just a maintenance release for the Steam version.

If you own a copy on Steam and want to help test the new release:

1 - Right-click on Universe Sandbox in your Library of games in Steam and select Properties.
2 - In the 'Betas' tab opt into the beta using the dropdown option.
3 - Click 'Close' and the Steam Client will automatically download the beta.

Is it working?
Please send me (even blank) feedback from inside the program (click on the 'Send Feedback' link).

Problem?
Please describe here (or send me an email) with what's happening here so I can try and fix it.

As soon as I hear from a few of you and everything looks good, I'll flip the switch and release it to everyone.

Again, this is just a maintenance release, so mainly bug fixes. The main update is that it no longer requires .NET 4, the new version only requires .NET 2 (which is why I updated the minor version number from 2.1.x to 2.2.x).

I'm experiencing a problem: I followed all of your steps for updating Universe Sandbox, but when I launch it it's still in version 2.1.5, not 2.2. How can I fix this?

Please try again... this should be working now.

Let me know if by switching to Beta do you update to v2.2
