Kol I got -7 (androgynous).

But this is a very subjective test and a lot of the things seem very vague. I also think it's stereotypical to the point of being silly. Why should "masculine" people exactly have more leadership abilities than "feminine" people? Seems like the classic conservative idea of women being inferior to men.

Well, it calls it gender "traits" and doesn't say stereotype anywhere. I think all it achieves is reinforcing those stereotypes.
