No, Darvincia River does not do that...

It goes through SWKC, into Darvincia, and then flows into the ocean. It also doesn't go very long along the border.

Maybe the river could be like NP-occupied. And they're all like "you don't do crap to this river or you die". Yes this makes sense. I just noticed I have the Auspikitan River coming from Corporations.
