This is another small update, but we want to highlight how awesome our new supernovae look now. Thanks to our graphics developer, Georg, for all of his wizardry involved in making these look even cooler, all the while making them perform better, too.

Hi,
I bought the program US2 last year from TG and now it has stopped offering free updates at 20.4.1.
So apparently I need to buy it again to update?? Why?

Marc, sorry for the delay. You do not need to buy it again.

There have only been two updates since 20.4.1, both within the last 10 days. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get the TeacherGaming versions on their store, as it is a different process. I've contacted them to remind them to make Update 20.6 available as soon as possible.

Got the update thanks! The new supernovas look great. I fired up the basic solar system for better speed and placed the 3 Alpha Centauri stars at around 4.3 light years away and supernova'd them. It would suck if it happened for real. After awhile it reached earth and the whole solar system became bathed in white light.
Can you imagine trying to sleep at night when the sky is white all the time all over the world and there are no more visible stars to enjoy.

Please don't get angry with me. I just want to know when Update 21 will be released. I am aware that you don't know, but the problem is that I haven't seen any updates for quite some time this year, and no news about any updates have been announced.

By the way, developers said last Christmas, that they were going to prepare a Roadmap for 2018 but that never happened. At the beginning of 2018, January that is, I expected a new Roadmap to be released as part of the development plans for 2018. I am disappointed because it appears like the development of Universe Sandbox 2 is slowing down.

I have noticed that this year, Universe Sandbox 2 only had 2 or 3 updates. That is so much less than previous years. What is going on wrong this year?

The updates are sparse because the developers are working hard on them, and don't want to rush releases. From my perspective, at least.

Yes, of course, I am patient. I don't want developers to rush any development. I want Universe Sandbox 2 to be perfect. That's why I report bugs whenever I discover them. Developers should release small weekly bug fixes and updates, if possible.

It's not up to me to release updates. I am not a developer. Developers usually release 1 update per month. This time, it is normal for the update development to take longer because Update 21 is a huge update.

Dude, you gotta be more reasonable with your requests.
It's a space simulator, not a everything that exists on earth has to be added simulator.
Spaceships you could orbit and land with would be much more fitting and enjoyable in this environment
than household objects.

Thank goodness that developers are taking their time to properly finish and fine tune Update 21 so that it works properly when it will be released to the public as an official version.
