Lots of stuff missing (Alpha 19x13)

I want to see the create button, not there.
I want to see the magnetic button, not there.
I want to see some other things, not there.
Why can I not pass the pulsar tutorial.
Please fix this.  :-[

Sorry for the trouble!

1) The sims in Home > Create have moved to Home > Open. They're all still in the game.

2) Magnetic fields were temporarily disabled, but they'll be back in there for Alpha 19. That's also why you couldn't complete the pulsar tutorial.

3) What other things did you want to see?
