Missing my simulations folder

I just got the game today. Started with the tutorial. Once it asks you to load a simulation I click the open simulation button and nothing happens. I clicked the debug tool and clicked on the show my simulations folder and nothing happens. I searched for the folder on my computer and there is no trace. Re-installed the game a couple of times. The folder is no where to be found. So in other words I have no pre made simulations and can't save. Any advice?

Also once I click the open simulation button and it does nothing I am unable to select or change any of my setting in the setting menu. Like graphics or sound, until I restart the game.

Sorry for the trouble. This is a weird issue, I'll pass it onto the team.

To clarify: When you click on Home -> Open, do you see the tabs at the top of the panel? There should be All, Core, Solar Sys, Planets, etc...

Thanks for getting back to me!

When I click Home-> Open, the screen shutters slightly and the Home menu closes as if nothing happened. Not showing any new box or menu. I also verified files with steam, seems to check out.

There seems to be an issue trying to create folders on your machine.
Please run steam as Administrator and see if this works.

We'll fix the problems this causes with our next patch.

Well running steam as Administrator works. Everything seems great now. Thanks for the help. I'll let you guys know if I run into anything else. Keep up the good work!
