Changing semi-major axis increases eccentricity

In both Alpha 12.1 and 12.5, trying to mess with the semi-major axis of a planet increases the eccentricity. I also sometimes can't bring down the eccentricity, and if I can it changes the semi-major axis.

There were a number of bugs with orbital elements that have just been fixed.

So you shouldn't see these bugs in the upcoming Alpha 13. Thanks for reporting.
