Unable to purchase Sandbox²

Hello everybody,

I'm really super excited for this new "game," however I'm having some trouble with actually obtaining a copy! Both the PayPal and the Amazon Payments methods don't work for me, I've tried on multiple machines. The PayPal gives me the " we can't send your payment right now" message (It's not a bank account/funds issue) and the Amazon Payments method will just sit on the "Processing" page. I figured that after waiting 25 minutes it wasn't going to work.

Any help or advice would be really appreciated. I understand that my issue is not necessarily within the scope of this forum, but y'all seem like a really helpful lot!

Are you still unable to purchase it? In past reports I've seen about similar issues, it's often just a matter of waiting a bit and then trying again. You mentioned using different systems -- have you tried from a different internet connection?

Let us know if you're still having the problem. We'll do our best to sort it out.
