I ordered Universe Sandbox 2, and paid 24.99 for it. My receipt says that is what I ordered. Instead in my e-mail I received the original Universe Sandbox. Also didn't receive the Steam Key for the game. I would like to receive the proper link to universe sandbox 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To activate a game, click on "games" in the top left corner, a drop down menu appears, then click "Activate a Product on Steam." This should open a dialog box and you can type the code you got from the email to activate the code.

After that, it should add the game to your Steam Library and begin downloading.

That's weird. :/

As Dan mentioned above, you should try contacting them about what happened. They'll be willing to help resolve your problem. Because if you purchased Universe Sandbox 2, but didn't get the code (which is a weird glitch that happened), then Giant Army should be able follow through with getting the right Steam code to you.

Give it a try, you really need to check out this simulator, there is nothing else quite like it. :)
