These are work-in-progress screenshots of the aftermath of a collision, six black holes in chart mode, and the first screenshot of our procedural galaxy system (a spiral galaxy with 1, 2, and 3 arms).
Universe Sandbox 3 is a major update due out in 2013 for both Windows and Mac. This is a full rewrite of Universe Sandbox in a new 3D engine.
These screenshots largely represent the amazing work of Georg and Eric. Thanks also to Chris and Thomas for making these visuals be manipulable and move in amazing ways.

i wanna know this too Looks plenty real to me. Looks pretty cool as well. Are those chunks of rock in the background oncoming asteroids or are they chunks of rock that got ejected from the big crater? |
