What is a supercane

Supercanes refer to very strong hurricane. it was do in 2005 because of Hurricane Katrina.

But supercanes would have wind speed of over 300 km/h.

Here is the super typhoon Ioke that went over Wake Island in 2006. Just look at the size. This is from World Winds. I love that program.

Ioke was weird it was a Supe rtyphoon, then a hurricane, then a typhoon again!

Did it go around the world? The icon for it was over Africa, since it probably started there. The I found it over Wake island. Almost around the world!
