How to use the rotate frame function ?

There's an included system to trying this feature that included the key combo to press.
It's called "Rotate frame" or something. Pause the sim, select the moon, and press the key combo, then unpause the sim.
There's still more work to do on this feature before it works well in all simulations, but I don't expect to spend any more time on this feature before releasing version 2. However I may improve it for a future point (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) release.
