I don't think people care about the age recommendation. Many people from my school also played GTA when they were too young.

Yes, I think you're right about the age. I heard people talk about GTA when they were about 10-12 at school. But I've also seen people play it afterwards, on a PSP for example.

They do not work on PSP. only PS2 and Xbox and well as PC.

Actually it is on PSP, plus you forgot PS3. GTA IV is the best!
