I'd be surprised to find someone on a science forum who hadn't heard of Tesla. Someone who hasn't heard of him clearly don't know much about science history.

Sure he was something of a genius (though as is often the case also somewhat insane), sure he made great contributions to science, and sure he was treated badly by Edison (who was less insane and had better people skills). But what is up with the cult following he suddenly has? It is like people suddenly believe Tesla held the secrets to life the universe and everything. Like if Tesla had been treated better we could have been teleporting to Andromeda for vacation. I mean WTF?
