Official Nausikkak Meteorological Collaboration recommendations for Universalis tropical cyclone basins, including basin names and storm name nationality origins.

The NMC is open to any nation (it's not limited to Nausikkak), with the purpose of keeping central weather records and standardizing tracking and forecasting weather.

Suggestions for basin changes? And obviously this is not official.

K, S, T, A (possible codes for storms: A01 would be the designation of the first S Serkr storm)
Korveidt is probably Atlantic-esque, acting very nothern hemisphery
Saguan region is probably like a smaller EPAC (but similar tracks)
Tutonian region is probably like EPAC too
South Serkr is WPAC (similar activity and tracks)

H, E, ?, L
NW Serkr is like SWIO/ATL blend probably
Ethanthovan is like a NIO but in the Earth southern hemisphere so really weak
NE Serkr is probably SPAC-y
Sovk is like SWIO

estimated activity (in the above order):
12, 8, 6, 20
9, 1.5, 7, 8
