How would i run US on a flash drive

How would i put US on a flash drive and run it off the flash drive and not install it on a computer thanks in advance.

I suppose if it does not save in your registry then you can try moving your whole folder after install over to your Flash Drive and plugging it into computer and clicking the .exe
