Mercury will be livable in about 80 years.

Got bored, so I putted a poll.

I think Mars, Venus would be too hot (though it would only be habitable if we found a way to decrease the heat. Reducing the atmosphere might help alot, but it would still be too hot I think). Mars has only half the gravity, so if I fall I guess it won't hurt lol. :P
Okay, I would mostly like to live on Earth, but if I can't, then Mars is fine I guess.

The best planet, after terraforming, to live should be Venus, it has almost the same gravity so the Venusian could live on Earth too, the Martians instead will live on a planet with half the gravity of Earth, and they couldn't return to Earth. I wouldn't like double gravity on my legs for the rest of my life...

Mars will be terraformed in hundred millions or billions.

In 100 billion years, the sun would be a white dwarf already...

The sun will have to cool to a white dwarf in 10 billion years.
100 billion years. Sun has already a black dwarf.

Well, probably, we won't see anything terraformed. Nor Moon, nor Mars, nor nothing...

To terraform Mars we need at least 200 years (if there is enough water to create oceans).

did you know venus is hotter than mercury?  :o its very surprising but the gas clouds cause heat to get trapped underneath its atmosphere heating it up to temperatures over 1000 degrees!

Actually, we are sperimenting the same thing here on Earth, on our skin...  it's called "Greenhouse effect" :-\

Edit: This is also the method proposed to heat Mars. Just putting thousends of tons of Greenhouse gasses in its athmosphere... we are quite good at it

Yes, Venus was much like Earth, with water, green land, white clouds, and more. Until the heat from the Sun was trapped of the Venusian atmosphere.

Water is frozen from the surface. If I'm mistaken, their going to heat the ice caps.

And if I remember well the caps was made by water and CO2, but i don't remember the quantities... (however I don't think that they are sufficient to create oceans).

Even with greenhouse effects it will take a long time to heat up Mars. The south pole hasn/t heated up yet on our own planet, and the only reason the ice is melting is because water conducts heat. But guess what! MARS DOESN'T HAVE AN OCEAN.
