You could try joining Blacraft through the BlaBla44 Hamachi network and check if it works on your new com, to find out whether it might be the same problem you have here.

I'm playing Denmark right now and I'm battling against Poland, Sweden, and Prussia with Russia on my side. Too bad Russia accepted White Peace... (so I'm on longer warring with them)
